We needed a mortgage agreed in principle in a very short time scale. Geraldine arranged this, and everything else needed for the mortgage and talked us through every step clearly. We have got a very good mortgage deal and are in the house of our dreams. She was on the phone and online every step along the way.

I was looking to arrange Life Insurance and Critical Illness cover and did not really know where to start. I went to meet with Geraldine and she chatted to me about my requirements, and family circumstances in order to provide the best cover that suited me. Whilst there are many comparison websites that offer good deals, I felt that this was something important for my family’s future and I needed to make sure I got the right cover. My policies are now in place and I can rest easy knowing that should anything happen to me then my family is fully protected. The whole process was much easier than I thought it would be. Geraldine was very knowledgeable about the various policies that were available to suit my situation.There is nothing that I would suggest could have been done better. Gez is always friendly and helpful, always returns calls/emails very quickly and is very professional.We did have problems with our 1st mortgage but Gez very quickly found us another one and chased the mortgage provider to avoid long delays. We have been very pleased with the service she has provided and will definitely use Gez again and happy to recommend to friends and family.
